Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Site design services for a multi-phased manufacturing project.
Phase 1 work included 186,000sf of new building expansion as well was upgrades to existing services. In-house design included storm water management, architectural and structural design, equipment foundations, process piping, ventilation and electrical services. Phase 1 completed early 2014.
Phase 2 work included 118,000sf of new building expansion and a new parking lot. In-house design included storm water management, architectural and structural design, equipment foundations, process piping, ventilation and electrical services. Phase 2 completed early 2016.
