Harvest for Hunger March Madness

1 in 6 people in our Cleveland community are considered “food insecure” – meaning they are unsure of where their next meal will come. Food and funds donated through the Greater Cleveland Food Bank Harvest for Hunger campaign are distributed to more than 850 local hunger centers throughout 21 counties in Northeast Ohio.
Our HWH iNSPIRE team launched a month-long initiative to support our local community and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank with their Harvest for Hunger fundraising campaign. Over the course of March, we put on many activities inside and outside of the office for our employees to participate in. Some of the activities included:
- Brown Bag Day
- Employees packed their lunch and donated the money they would've spent on buying a lunch
- The Electrical Engineering department won our inter-departmental competition
- Packing & Sorting meals at The Greater Cleveland Food Bank
- Office Wii Bowling Tournament
- Teams of two competed in a double-elimination Wii Bowling Tournament
- All entry fees were donated to The Greater Cleveland Food Bank
- Other fundraising activities with games and prizes
