Keith Rintamaa, P.E.

President

Keith has worked his entire professional career at HWH starting as a graduate engineer in the Structural Engineering department in 1993. He spent his first year at HWH in the field as a resident engineer for a tire manufacturing plant expansion and established a baseline understanding of the value and importance of construction document content and quality to optimize the efficiency of the contractor's efforts.

Keith progressed through the structural engineering department as a project engineer, growing into the project manager position, coordinating our in-house design teams and managing client expectations.

Keith was promoted to Vice President, creating a dedicated Project Management group in 2003, and later promoted to President in 2021.

Away from the office, I enjoy all kinds of physical fitness and activities. I've competed in numerous sprint distance triathlons; I enjoy hiking, golf, basketball, kayaking and pretty much anything outdoors. My family's recent addition of a Newfoundland-Poodle puppy has added a whole new level of adventure to our calendar.
